Nurse wellness is addressed in several articles in this issue. In their original research piece, "Well-Being and Resilience Among Health Care Workers During the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Cross-Sectional Study," Munn and colleagues examine the effect of modifiable work environment factors on the well-being of the health care workforce-including nurses. Our From the AJN Archives column features a 1939 article, "Nurses' House-For Nurses," that describes a getaway estate nurses could visit to relax and recharge. And in our Best of the Blog column, "The Seven Surprises: What I've Learned About Nursing Through Yoga," night-shift nurse Medora McGinnis describes the unexpected benefits of taking up a new self-care practice. "Concentrating on relaxing, sinking into the mat, and letting go of the fluttering thoughts," she writes, is "remarkably rejuvenating."-Diane Szulecki, editor
