In this workshop, clinical practice issues will be discussed including the controversy surrounding administration of propofol preprocedure, intraprocedure, and postprocedure; legal implications; pharmacology, including acceptable dosages and potential side effects; and common complications/emergencies and appropriate nursing interventions.

We are pleased to present the Abstracts from the SGNA's 32nd Annual Course: Passion for GI Nursing: Pass It On!! The diversity of these topics certainly reflects the richness and breadth of our specialty.
