Abstract
Exchange of perspectives across the boundaries that define our practice is an important outcome of the Global Nursing Exchange. Educators enhance their knowledge of current nursing practice issues. Clinicians and managers gain a better understanding of the challenges facing educators. Collaboration on research and publication brings the two worlds of nursing together.
