On pg. 2 of this article (pg. E4 in the volume), in the section "Settings and Participants", the 3 teaching hospitals associated with the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences were erroneously described as being located in the North-East of Iran. The article has been corrected to indicate that that these 3 teaching hospitals are located in the North-West of Iran. The publisher regrets the error.
