Conference Highlights
ONS Presents 6th National Conference on Oncology Nursing Research. February 8-10, 2001, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This conference is designed to provide a forum for scholarly exchange related to the foundation and advancement of cancer nursing science and practice. The conference offers a dynamic keynote presentation and plenary, abstract symposia, and poster sessions. Additionally, the 2001 ACS State-of-the-Science Lecture will be presented at the Conference and the 2001 ONS New Investigator Award recipient will be announced. The ONS New Investigator Award, which is underwritten through an educational grant from Genentech, Inc., will be presented at the biennial ONS National Conference on Nursing Research. Nursing scientists at all levels of professional development are invited to apply for the ONS/American Cancer Society State-of-the-Science Lecture. This lecture is an exciting feature of the Nursing Research Conference as well.
