Abstract
Endovascular aneurysm repair is evolving technology that has presented the patient and physician with an alternative surgical approach. Preoperative planning, graft selection, and comprehensive imaging are critical factors required for successful endovascular abdominal aortic repair. This article will address preoperative planning, endovascular techniques, complications, postoperative management, and benefits from the procedure.
