Delaware CE Requirements for License Renewal
As a nurse in the state of Delaware, you are required to earn continuing education to renew your active license. All of our CE activities are accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Renewal Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Every two years
- 30 hours of continuing education
- At least 3 of these contact hours must be in the area of substance abuse
Licensed Practical Nurse (PN)
- Every two years
- 24 hours of continuing education
- At least 3 of these contact hours must be in the area of substance abuse
Advanced Practice
- Every two years
- 30 hours of continuing education
- At least 3 of these contact hours must be in the area of substance abuse
