Abstract
Clinical nurse specialists play a key role in the successful implementation of evidence-based programs. As organizations look to improve quality measures, it is vital that senior nurse leaders ensure the availability of appropriate resources including the identification of individuals with the appropriate skill set to lead quality improvement.
