Thank you for writing such a wonderful editorial about our work in MCN (MCN, 30 [4], July 2005)!! I so much appreciate your calling attention to our evidence base on the impact of nursing on outcomes as we really need nurses everywhere to use it to leverage needed changes in the practice environment.
