The American Heart Association issues corrections to 2018 stroke guidelines. The 2018 Guidelines for the Early Management of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke were initially published online in January; the print version appeared in the March issue of Stroke. Corrections to several areas of the guidelines, including those addressing brain imaging and blood pressure recommendations, were based on feedback from the clinical community, according to the "Correction" notice, also published in Stroke. The revised guidelines, available at http://stroke.ahajournals.org/content/49/3/e46, will be reviewed and possibly revised again.
