I wish all nursing students and even new graduates had access to simulation labs ("The Value of Simulation in Nursing Education," AJN Reports, April). Simulation labs would even benefit reentry nurses or nurses switching specialties. I'd love to see them available to all nurses to help them feel more confident in emergency scenarios. There is a huge need and demand for this type of resource.
