I can't find words to express the impact the editorial from the February 2007 issue of Men in Nursing had on me ("Motivation begins with you"). As an assistant nurse manager, I was truly motivated by its content. There were answers to most of the questions that had been surfacing in my department.

Thanks for sharing these ideas and for encouraging all nurses, especially the men. We have contributed significantly to this illustrious body of caring people. We'll continue to make our contribution and shouldn't lose our focus. Keep up the great work and keep us informed.
