As Editor, I receive many excellent manuscripts that describe the current state of the science or that present new and original research related to wound, ostomy, and continence care. The Annual Manuscript Awards, sponsored by WOCN, are one way to recognize such outstanding scholarship and research. At the National Conference, it was my pleasure to administer these awards and to formally acknowledge the winners. This year is also the last time the Student Manuscript Awards will be given because curriculum changes and online courses in WOC programs have changed course requirements. Students, of course, are still eligible for the other 2 awards. Congratulations to Dr Teresa Kelechi, Dr Kathryn Getliffe, and Ms Valerie Rogers for extremely well-written and informative manuscripts!!
