I'm confused about recent experiences I've had with one of my home health care patients. When I started caring for her, she was never satisfied with anything I did for her. Finally, the agency director had a talk with her and assigned another nurse, Ellen. Then the patient started complaining about Ellen, claiming that I was so much better! Now we're taking turns visiting her, and she complains to each of us behind the other's back. She also phones our manager with trivial complaints several times a week.
