    FIFTY THOUSAND strong, chiropractors are the fourth largest group of health care professionals in the United States (after physicians, dentists, and nurses). Chiropractic is among the 10 most commonly used complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies, according to a recent study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
