I used to have a Tigger-type personality at work, a cheerleader. And yes, I think I and many others have become more like Eeyore. The hospitals just beat the Tigger right out of you. It does no good to continually hear from administration that we need to adapt when our job is caring for human beings, not packing peanuts.
